This combination contact and non-contact infrared thermometer is ideal for food temperature measuring in food preparation and food service applications.
 
Can be used with the penetration probe or with the non-contact IR sensor.
 
     The IR98 offers all these features..
  • 80mm x 3.5mm Stainless steel probe with thermistor sensor
  • Probe is adjustable through 180° and locks in place at 45°, 90°, 135° or 180° 30mm LCD Display with simultaneous display of IR and probe temperatures User selectable °C/°F
  • Distance to spot size ratio is 1:1 at the focal point
  • Adjustable emissivity from 0.10 to 1.00
  • Quick infrared temperature response time - less than 500 milliseconds
  • Data hold
  • Max/min hold and lock for infrared temperature readings
  • Over range indication

  • Low battery indication
